If you are an international(non-Indian) applicant for local hospitality support from the Organizers of ICM2010 for participating in ICM2010, you may check your application status using the below given form.

Please input your passport number(exactly in the way that you entered in your application for local hospitality support) to see your application status.

We have rejected/kept in pending the applications which were incomplete. If you have applied without providing your passport details, you should send these details to [email protected] by 10th of May, 2010 failing which your selection will stand cancelled without any further notice.

Note that the support is provided based on the data provided by the applicants and will stand canceled if any information provided by them found wrong.

The supported applicants are requested to read the conditions given below.

Local hospitality given by the Executive Organizing Committee for ICM 2010 to selected international(non-Indian) participants includes

(i) Transfer from the airport to place of accommodation on arrival on the 18th/19th of August and vice-versa on departure 27th/28th of August.
(ii) Accommodation in a service apartment ( for a description click here ) or guest house from the 18th to the 27th of August. This may be shared accommodation.
(iii) Daily transport from the place of accommodation to the venue HICC on all mornings (except Monday the 23rd) and return in the evening.
(iv) A modest subsistence allowance for incidental expenses.
To avail of this support, selected participants will have to register by 31st May.
