If you have applied for financial support from the Organizers of ICM2010 for participating in ICM2010, you may check your application status using the below given form.
If you are selected, by inputting your accesskey in the below given form, you will get the link clicking on which you will be redirected to a special registration website at which you can register without paying any registration fee.

Please DO NOT write to us asking about the status of your application but use the above given form, use your access key and find your application status. Also, please do not send requests for financial support as all our support schemes are closed.

Information for Indian participants availing financial support
The support is divided into three categories:
1. Registration fee full waiver
2. Travel support
3. Accommodation.
1. Participants belonging to the first category can register for ICM2010 without paying any registration fee. Tea and lunch coupons will be available in the conference bag (which will be given to them before the Congress at the venue) for all days except Monday, the 23rd of August. In addition the conference organizers will give a contingency allowance of Rs 200 per day.
2.a. Travel Support for Faculty/Scientists/Post Doctoral Fellows – For applicants belonging to this category, ICM 2010 EOC will reimburse the travel costs from the city of your home institution to Hyderabad and return subject to the following restrictions:
i) For distances less than 1000 kms the travel support would be restricted to actuals or Rs 6000 whichever is less.
ii) For distances above 1000 kms the travel support would be restricted to actuals or Rs 10,000 or actuals whichever is less.
iii) For the north-eastern states ( Assam, Meghalaya, Tripura, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland and Arunachal Pradesh) ) and Jammu and Kashmir the travel support would be restricted to actuals or Rs14,000 whichever is less.
2.b. Travel Support for Research Scholars – Research Scholars availing travel support will be reimbursed III Class AC train fare or actually paid amount for travel from the city of their institution to Hyderabad and return.
3. Accommodation – Applicants availing this support get accommodation from ICM2010 EOC (on sharing basis) and breakfast.
It should be understood that in order to qualify for travel support you are required to attend the congress for its entire duration, 19th-27th August.
The travel (for those availing travel support) and contingency allowance will be sent by cheque after the conference on receipt of the duly filled claim forms accompanied by copies of all tickets.
It is mandatory for all research scholars to bring a photo identity card and proof of affiliation from the institute they are studying. They will be checked at the time of the on- the-spot registration. Security will be tight during the Congress and we advise all the participants to carry a photo Id card.
Applicants with financial support must register at the the special registration website (the link of this site was sent by email to all those selected for financial support) before the midnight of May 31st, 2010. If you fail to register before this deadline, then the offer may be canceled. Applicants who have been offered financial support must use the link sent to them earlier to access the registration site meant exclusively for their use.
