Submission of Short Communications and Posters
Registered participants in ICM 2010 can present their mathematical work in the form of a short communication (oral presentation lasting 15 minutes) or a poster. Each registered participant is allowed a maximum of one presentation (either short communication or poster). If a work has multiple authors, the author who will present the work at the ICM will be called the “presenting author”. If it is a single author work, this author automatically becomes the presenting author.
Please note the following:
- The presenting author will receive an e-mail acknowledgement of the submission. Acceptance/rejection of abstracts will be notified within one month of submission. Even though all efforts will be made to honour the choice indicated for the mode of presentation, this may not be always possible. Accepted abstracts will be published in the Abstract Book of ICM 2010.
- The presenting author should pay the registration fees (see this page for further details) by April 30, 2010. Only those who have paid the registration fee by this date will be permitted to present their work at ICM 2010.
